change ip adress by ipc

it is possible change the ip adress by ipc to for example 172.31.04 ? Hogpc on notebook has a static ip 172.31.01 and the w lan router 172.31.03.
with Hog 3 is no problem or must dhcp of on by wlan router?

    Yes you can do that. From the Wholehog Start screen Click on Control Panel, go to network, click Use custom IP, enter the IP adress in the block, making sure that the subnet mask is the same on all devices on the network. Insert the IP adress of the router as the default gateway and click apply. The console will reboot saving the settings.

    with loopback adapter or what ,i click use custom ip i can not change the ip??

    you do not want to use the loopback. You must first select the network card adapter at the top. After entering the numbers, then be sure to click 'use this adapter for show'.

    yes and than i click apply ,console change network.
    and than the ip is not change to 172.31.04.
