HogPC Remote Network Dropping Out

barnes2000barnes2000 Registered User, Hog Beta
Running ver 2.4.0
Here's the network...
Console is connected to an 8 port Linxsys switch via 10ft Cat5e.
From Linksys 8 port to Netgear 4 port via 300ft Cat5e.
(2) DP2000s connected to the Netgear 4 port via short Cat5e.
1 Linksys WRT54GS WiFi router into the Netgar 4 port.
Signal Strength is 80% or better.
ALL IPs are static....no DHCP is enabled on anything.
Console - 192.168.1.2
WiFi - 192.168.1.1
DP1 - 192.168.1.3
DP2 - 192.168.1.4
TabletPC - 192.168.1.7

Why is my connection from console to HogPC keep dropping out so much? It keeps flashing the yellow warning icon, and then about ten or more times a day it actually closes HogPC. What's going on here?

Are you in a high bandwidth use area. That's what would happen when I would use WDMX(Which runs in the 2.4 band). My connection would be there, but no data would flow. Even when I had a strong signal. I have sinced switched to the 5.0 band and have had no issues whith any interference. Also gained a little bit of range.

I know, I keep meaning to buy Wireless N. I found my problem. One of my routers is bad, and I swapped it out. All good now. See ya soon Josh.
