So i am New to 3 and i have got most of it down. I come from Programming on 2. so to get to the point i am doing a show with 5 zeon lights and i will not be with the lights till the load in. I would like to do some pre programming due to the fact it is sync to fireworks. people what told me that they have done this useing....Studio Spot 575. then just update the patch and do a little clean up programming. However i can figure out how or were the button is for this. Please help
In the fixture window (where you do the patching), select the fixtures you want to replicate then click the "replicate fixtures" option at the top of the window.
I have tried that and i guess i am stupid. So i am useing Syncrolite for the show I would like to set up the console in the shop and use studio spots for the proggraming. Such as Poss. and Dimmer levels and colors. then when i get to the gig with show disk in hand. All I have to do is touch up the programing of the syncrolites.
sounds like you want to use the change type feature. program the show with your studio spots, then in the fixture window select them and click "change type".
