How are you trying to remove it?

I have always been able to go into the control panel to "Remove Programs" and never had a problem uninstalling it.

You might try reinstalling the program to see if you had a corrupted file.

Which version are you trying to uninstall?

Are there any entries from MsiInsaller in the Application Event Log?

do know that the Windows Installer CleanUp utility cannnot actually uninstall any software; it simply removes all "records" of an installation having occured.

in other words, CleanUp will remove 3PC from Add/Remove Programs, but it leaves the kernel-mode drivers running and all Program Files intact.

to ensure a complete removal, please perform a full install of the same version software, reboot, then uninstall it.
