Can't Remove Effects from Cuelist

I have many desk channel effects written into multiple cues. When I try to Record Remove one of the desk channels from the list, the hard value is removed, but the fixture and the effect stay. This happens even when I mask Intensity and Effect during the Record Remove. Is this a bug?

    Hey Scott,

I'm not 100% sure if this will work, but try this.

    1) Enter cue edit mode and select the fixture you want to remove
    2) Go to the Effects Table
    3) Find the cells that have an effect applied to it (ie sine, tangent...)
    4) Click in the applicable cells and select OFF
    5) Update your cue and see what happens.

Record remove only removes what is in the programmer for that fixture. In this particular case you would need to have both intensity and effect values in the programmer to get rid of the fixture completely. This functionality allows the user to have the option to record remove just the base value, or just the effect, or both.

That's right, Chris. I forgot about that. Thank You.
