Color & Strobe problem!

Hi
I am a Hog 3PC user in China, I use SGM Giotto spot 400 fixture.
I programming a strobe cue, after i want to change the color, i maked color palette used for strobe cue, but the strobe change to OPEN,
why this happen? I open the color palette, in Strobe sheets show:'~',:Eyecrazy:
what is this? How to delete them? Help! Sorry my bad English!:o

This problem is due to the DMX protocol of the SGM fixture. Many of the functions are tied to the strobe channel for effects. The Wholehog software will "mutex" these shared items and create the ~ where needed. We will explore the library for these fixtures to see if anything can be changed.
