Hi there When i use the auto update function it likes to update the cue and the position pallete. I can't switch off the cue update, just the position, but i have to update only the position... Cheers Hg
Please check that you can select the items in the auto-update window at the check box location. Some users try to select the entire palette or cue name, when in reality you need to touch the check box area. If the problem continues, please let us know.
Maybe I don't understand what you mean but.... even if you were able to update the position and not the cue, the cue would change anyway because it is referencing the position.

Correct, but if you UPDATE the cue instead of the Position palette, then you will remove the reference the cue has to the palette and insert hard values instead.

I also seemed to run into an update problem, where it was asking me if I wanted to update all of my current playback faders and I was unable to uncheck any of them. Had to release all playbacks and start over.

What console(s) are you using & what software version?
Have you tried re-calibrating your screens and/or using mouse/trackball to select "checks"?
My console is on a truck at the moment, but I am unable to reproduce this with H3PC.
I'm using the desk during 4 days for the same show so i'm sure it's not a problem of the screens... I try to unselect it with the mouse but it doesen't work. Cheers Hg
Hmm..there really seems to be a problem here. If I have a position palette in a cue and I have position information and for example color information in programmer. It's not possible to deselect the cue in autoupdate and just update the position. I have to update the color to cue. Tested with Hog3PC 1928 2.3.0.
