There is a new version of TMPEG Xpress v4 out this week that fixes some of the issues with Quicktime files as well as issues with large batch encodings. This is an update in addition to the one that came out in Nov.
The current version is now: 4.4.1.237
Current license holders will have to login or create an account to download the update....make sure you are getting the "retail" version and not the "trial" version.
