Insight To Hog 500

I need to find a way to hook an ETC Insight console to a HOG500 console. I would like to kind of use the Hog500 as a passthrough of sorts for the Insight so that I may use only one universe. Any suggestions on whether this is possible and how?

    The Hog500 doesn't support any kind of DMX input.

    You'll need a 3rd party DMX merger. Quite a few different companies make them.

    Which model Insight do you have?

    The Insight 3 support DMX input. You might be able to use that, with the Hog500 feeding the insight, and the Insight driving the rig. The Insight 2 may have the same feature.

    you can connect the insight to the hog 500 using midi, so both consoles will execute the same cue at the same time.

    That would allow both consoles to run cues together, but he still needs a way to join both DMX outputs on to a single universe.
