Apologies if this is in the wrong place...
but I am in a dilema...
Just picked up my new Hog500 Lighting Console, and went to power it up and get no image on the screen and keys are all unresponsive.. all the sub master lights light up (most times i turn it on) and sometimes the odd light on the desk will light up...
Called to the service agent... tried the enter as you power up etc....
Any ideas on how to do a hard reboot or anything similar that might resolve the issues ?
