x-spot losing address

[FONT="]some of my x-spots are losing there dmx address settings after being reset.
this seems to be a new thing as it has never happened when I got them new about 4 years ago
can some one please help :1zhelp:me I am desperate:dunno:[/FONT]

    Are you exiting out of the menu after setting the address?

    Are these , Standard, High Output, or Xtreme models?

    What software are they running? 4.1.5 was the final release as the X-spot is officially discontinued.

    I ran into one doing this a while back, yet when i would boot it back on it would show address 1 yet when i went into the menu it would display dmx address 513. Talk about a weird problem. Reloading the software did not correct it, i ended up replacing the CPU board.
