Macro's?

Hey everyone. I design and program lights at a church of about 900 people and we are using Hog 2PC as a controller. I've still been learning new effects for Hog 2PC and the options you have, but I've heard a lot about macro's. Can anyone explain to me what a macro really is, how it works, and what it does?

There are two types of Macros on H2.

Keystroke or Recorded Macros, and Comment Macros.

Thanks Marty, I got the comment macros figured out and how to add them, however I'm having some troubles with the recording macro's.

I have found out how to make the macro put it in the macro cuelist and I opened it and saw the macrocues, but I can't quite seem to integrate the macro's that I would have recorded the cues for in a cuelist. any ideas?

Are you asking how to fire a Keystroke Maro from a cue?

If so, do this as a comment macro ">M2" will fire Keystroke Macro #2
