com error

Hi every one

I have a message on DL2

COM ERROR
and the projector is cooling

Do you this problem
Is it a cable disconnected inside ?*

I am show tonight,

Does your error say "Camera" or "Projector" before the Com Error? Sounds like Projector from your description.

Definitely check all the connections inside the projector head (at the back of the projector, and underneath at the head-card).

If that does not fix it check the connectors on the box-card and the computer, but this is lesss likely the issue.

If you see "Camera" then check the small white ribbon cable between the camera and the head-card.
