VGA input for DL 2

I just want to make sure...
Is it possible to connect Hippotizer (for example) to DL 2's VGA input?
Yes, i do know that there is Axon inside, but my customer wants to use his server with these units during his set.

After that we will be using the Axon for rest of the gig.

You can connect anything to that VGA input. But it is important to note that you will not have any graphics engine control over that input. Therefore no keystone correction, collage, or any of the other features of the media server.

If you want graphics engine control you can use the s-video input. That will allow you to keystone and collage.

But you would be stuck at signal of 720x480 for your input (but the graphics engine can scale it up to the full 1024x768. Do keep that in mind that it is a signal quality drop
