Another Studio Command Issue

Sounds like the Lamp power supply is going bad,
something with the power factor correction, if that makes sense with the electronic ballast...
Thats what it would be on a cyberlight anyways...
I would swap the LPS with another unit and see if the problem follows the supply,

yes, but it is very expensive, you may be better off sending it in for repair.
