Color Command Stand Alone Mode

So I was reading the Color Command manual and I dont see anything listed for a stand alone mode. Do you guys know if there is a way to use these without data?

I don't recall anything in the Color Power to allow that.

That is correct the Color Power does not have a stand alone mode. It needs DMX to control the Color Commands.
