(1775) Bug Report: MSC Triggers Ignored on Cold Boot

Name: Badger
Date: 8/16/07
Software Version and build number: 2.2.1 (1775)
Number of displays: 0
Connected USB Devices: 0
Networked Devices: RCU, 1DP, 4IOP

Coming from a completely cold system and powering up all devices at the exact same time.

Once show is completely loaded, sending triggers on IOP #1 (or any) results in the cue marker advancing but not actually playing back the cue (as if the DP was offline). Manually playing the cue will execute properly.

Log off the show and log back on. Show and triggers behave normally without any apparent problems.

Boo.

This is incredibly strange. If you simply reset the IOPs instead of logging off does it fix the problem?

Probably. If you have a copy of my Tower show file from a couple months ago, you can see it on that . I'll send support@ the show file in about an hour.

The support email did not go well. I got a blank zip file. Can you upload it using our ftp server?
