I have a Hog3 console and both touchscreens are not working. I mean the windows showing the right content but I can't "touch" the fields. Of course they are enabled in the menu, so any other ideas!?
When you say "Of course they are enabled in the menu" do you mean the control panel? Do you see any input on the event monitor when touching the screens? It could be a hardware problem. You should probably contact our support department directly at 800-890-8989 or support@flyingpig.com
So, solved the problem. It seems like someone worked on the console before and wired the connection cable for the touchscreen with the wrong slot, so the controller board wasn't supplied with power from the mainboard.
