When i address my studio colors or spots for example, so that i can
tech them for an upcomming show, my second batch of fixtures to be
tested take on the same addresses i have assigned to the last batch.
is there a reason for this occurence?. Thanks Again.

    Hi Ambi,
    I don't understand your post?
Are you trying to say that on the console when you patch the fixtures or the actual fixtures take the same address's?

Yes , what i am simply saying is that say i am going to tech
some studio colors, i would address them accordingly correct?
after i am done with the 1st batch of fixtures i would set up
another batch to be tested i would power them up an after
they home, for some reason take on the same address seaquins
the others had. Why is that ?.

    Thanks Again.

It sounds like you just have luck of the draw with your fixtures. There is no communication between the board and fixtures to address or do anything to them. That MIGHT come later with more implementation of RDM, but, as of now, it must be pure luck of the draw.
