PNG files

Whenever I use a PNG file that has transparency in its' backround, it seems like the system draws one in and ignores the transparency.

My workaround right now is to fill in the background with either pure black or pure white (whichever is highest in contrast to my content image), and then chroma key it out. The drawback is that when working with logos and such that you also dial those colors out of the logo.

It would be great of the system could recognize and use the transparency in PNG files.

    Marty,

PNG transparency is supposed to work, but there was a slight bug in the graphics pipeline that caused it not too. This has been fixed for the next software release which should be out in a few weeks.
