Ever since the Polish manual appeared in the console, some letters (specific to the Polish laguage) do not appear in the browser (I only see squares instead). In Hog3PC it's OK; and when I open the HTML version of the manual on my computer it's also OK in any browser I can think of, so the problem seems to be something missing in the console's browser.
You are correct that some characters for foreign languages do not exist in the current linux kernel on the Wholehog 3 console. This is why you do not see them in Polish or Japanese.
