If it is a Chase then you can open up the option window and do it from there. If it is just a cuelist then you have to push the choose and turn the wheel.
Something that I used to do back on H2 was use keystroke Macros that would allow me to jump up or down rates at various intervals both on individual masters (some not all) and for the console as a whole.:D
Things can get very ugly very quickly if they are improperly used or created. So just be careful with these types of Macros!:)
