Problem DL1

Hi,

My DL1 software 1.5.0r. Now it have Error message about "Pan encoder timeout" or "Tilt encorder timeout". I tried to do the pan aligment to solve the problem but the message and the problem will appear after few days. So what can I do to solve the problem. Is it the problem of Encoder?

Hello FKM-
There is a known software bug with regards to this error in version 1.5.0. We expect to have this corrected when 1.5.1 is released. As long as your fixture is pan/tilt-ing correctly, then I would say you are experiencing a software bug.
