Hi there I run HOGLET with OS 3.11 ...all works OK but sadly with OS 3.13 output n°1 does not send any dmx please note output n°2 - 3 - 4 work OK is any body has an idea ? many thanks jc
Hi, Have you correctly mapped the dmx widget outputs to the right output? Setup>Network>Select the (DMX processor) so it's highlighted blue > settings soft key > DMX widgets> then make sure the outputs have the correct universe selected 1 thru 4? Hope this helps? If you patch the same fixtures to universe 4 do they work? best C
Hi, Jack thanks for answering. What is weird is all works fine with OS 3.11 output 1 thru 4 send DMX , then with OS 3.13 output 1 send nothing , same show file same laptop same hoglet . I downgrade to 3.11 many thanks jc
Hi, In the artnet/sAcn settings make sure that all the universes 1 thru 4 are disabled also. If you start a new show do the outputs work correctly or is the same show file possibly causing an issue ? Best C
hello, i did try again with OS 3.13 all artnet off , new show ..... and this time none of the 4 outputs were working :(( may be this makes more sense ? still my hoglet is not working with OS 3.13 but it does with 3.11 ?? shall i try with 3.12 ? many thanks jc
Hi...i will suggest the below to follow. Turn off all 3rd party antivirus software and Windows Firewall Restart the computer Map the widget using the steps above
