Color Pallet with Delay don't work If Fade is between 0s and 1s

And If I try this : Color Time 0.2 Time 0 > 2 Enter, it's working... strange. If any fade 0.xx... it isn't working.

This is a defect. It's been logged as H4OS-5583.

There is a work around. Before recording the color palette, select (Per Fixture) from the record toolbar to force the palette to record as per fixture so that it doesn't change the delay time.

So the syntax for the workaround based on what you have written would be
1. [Group] 1 [Color] 1 [Enter]
2. [Time] 0.2 [Time] 0 [Thru] 2 [Enter]
3. [Record] (Per Fixture) (Time) [Colour] 2 [Enter]
