needs admin rights??

Is there anyway to run Hog 4 without giving the user local admin rights on a domain?

I have tried a few tricks with no success at this point.

Hog 4 PC needs admin rights because of where files are placed.

I upgraded permissions on programdata location and programfiles but still no go.

Is the user an admin? That's what is recommended.
