sACN issues with certain fixture types

Was this tied to a specific universe on sACN or in Hog?

In my case it has been 2 Universes with the GLP fixtures and with SGM it had been one. Totally different shows, patch and universes.

Is it possible to get a show file copy and a network layout?

The showfile from SDP was already send as we had some other issues. Chris should have all infos.

A few months ago I had done a show where we were demoing a Hog 4-18 and we had 5 Chauvet Professional Maverick MK3 washes and 4 MK2 spots all running on sACN and seemingly randomly only the MK2 spots would hang on all values except intensity. We did not have this issue before or after we used a ETC Ion on the fixtures. Since we only had the console temporarily we did not have the time to use an sACN viewer but the consoles DMX output window seemed to show that it was outputting smooth data with no issues. I wonder if we were having a similar problem.

Just so I can make sure JB P18 is the fixture that won't respond but the 3500 will?

I should be more specific. We have not been able to get this issue to replicate.

I did get an wrong information about the VL 3500. It was also an P18 but on an differnt DMX line.

today ive got some time and testet some things.
I used an Swisson XMT 350 to read the timings.
first Test:
Hog 4 into ENTTEC MK3 set to sACN DMX line 1:
refresh rate 25HZ
break lengh 136 US
mark after break 40 US
Channels Recieived 509

DMX line 2
Channels Receieved 332

DMX line 3
Channels Received 379

DMX line 4
Channels Received 371

rest is the same for all four lines

second Test:
Hog 4 into ENTTEC MK3 set to Art-Net
DMX line 1 to 4
all of them are reading 512 channels received

third test:
Hog 4 direkt DMX 1to8
refresh rate 25HZ
break length 133US
Mark after break 19 US
Channels received all of them 512

last Test:
Gio into ENNTEC MK3 set to sACN
Channels received all of them 512!

Hope this helps.
I think its always the last fixture (JB P18 Mode2) on each DMX line thats not working.
Testet also with an new show.
Hog 4 version 3.13.0
no Wings or external Monitor´s.
