I just wanted to thank everyone at HES Austin for hopping on a problem that I ran into last week. Not only was the weekend tech support hotline incredibly responsive (thanks Mitch!), but the guys in Customer Support and QC (Thanks Sean and Mike!) were willing to bend over backwards to my requests.

And of course, as always, thanks to they boys upstairs (Brad, Tom, et al) for their continuing work on this console.

Final note. One of the coolest things that I get to do is sit down and instruct students on this console one-on-one. I'm talking about high school students here. When one of them looks at me and says 'What about...?' or 'Can I do it this way...?', and I can say yes, it means something is being done right here.

So keep up the great work guys!

    It means a lot to all of us when we hear from our happy customers.

    Thank you for your continued involvement in our testing program and discussion forums. Without users like yourself actively working with us, we would have a much harder time doing what we do.
