DP8000 DMX ports disabled after latest upgrade to Version 3.12.0

Upgraded to the latest 3.12.0 software for this venue and now the DP8000 that runs things will not output on the DMX ports. Art-Net is unaffected, but none of the DMX ports are outputting DMX. They were working fine prior to the upgrade running 3.11.

Forced a firmware reset, but still the problem persists.

Hi,
What are the LED's on the front of the DP showing?
I believe they should when working correctly be as following
The DMX LED should be a solid colour if DMX is being output.

I've seen a similar issue with super duper widgets and a fresh install sorted the issue, is this a console or a
Hog 4 PC/Nano system setup.

Is this running a new show or a show created in 3.11.0 or previous version?

For other's look on the DP8000 product section of the website and use the USB install for the DP, this fixed the issue for me. Thanks tech support!

I also encountered this behaviour with A Fullboar4 and 2 blue DP8000's
As David mentioned above using a install USB fo rthe DP's resolved this error

I add 3 DPs from here to the list that were updated via network and have their 5pin outputs not working.

You will need to update your DP8000 via a USB restore
