Old Dp8000

Hey there,
I am trying to get an old blue DP8000 up and working. As far as I know it has never been used. Mainly on a shelf for its lifetime. I cannot get it to update. I have tried Forcing Software Reload and a USB boot drive. It does not seem to recognize the USB at all and just hangs on the Forcing software reload. Has anyone else experience this behavior?

Hello, please follow the instructions for 29.5 DMX Processor Software Update

If this process does not work, then try the alternative 29.6 DMX Processor Software Full Install
