Effect effect causes console to lock up

Reports from my people on show site that hitting effect effect causes the console to lock up using hedgehog4 and roadhog 4 ver 3.11

Please include:
Software show file was created on?
Software show file was run on?
Were the two consoles networked together, or were they independent?
Have you tried this on Hog4 PC?
Any external monitors or USB devices?

When they are back in my shop I will send the Information also I was miss informed it was only the Hedgehog 4
