Connecting Enode4 to HedgeHog 4

Hey guys

Im having trouble setting up my Enode to talk with my Hedgehog console. Below is what I have on both units

Enode
- IP address: 2.10.10.2
- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.000

Console:
- FixtureNet IP address: 2.10.10.3
- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.000

Artnet Output Page

-Broadcast is selected on all (6) universes
- IP address is set to 255.255.255.255

The Activity light on the Enode is flashing yellow but I'm not getting any check marks on any of the outputs.

Don't know what I'm doing wrong. Would love some input. Thanks!!

One thing to double check is to make sure the local internal DP8000 is shown as "running" in the network window and that you have something patched to each Hog Universe.

Yea local is showing running and there is something patched into all universes. Still showing me x's on the enode

I'm not 100% on this, but shouldn't that last IP address that you've quoted be 2.10.10.x to 'see' the node, rather than 255.255.255.255 ?

Tried that as well and that didn't do anything.

I can not remember off the top of my head the right configurations, but I would change your subnet to "1" Under the DP8000 page for each universe. I believe the E-node thinks "1" is the default subnet, not "0"

Make sure to restart your console frequently when troubleshooting.
