Backing up a show on a thumb drive

Hi!
I am trying to back up a show from a road hog 4 on a usb flash drive but the console doesn't seem to see it. The flash drive works fine, I am thinking that the problem has to do with formatting it specifically for Hog system. But I can't find any information about that in the user manual and neither in discussions or forums. Anyone has an idea?

As far as I know any drive format other then Mac format will work, Fat should be fine.

Make sure you plug you usb stick in before going hitting Setup Show, as if you do it afterwards it won't show up.
Also, don't save direct to the USB. Open the File Browser and drag your saved show across onto it.

Are you using the USB port on the face panel? Sometimes the internal cable becomes disconnected, try the USB ports on the back panel if so.

Leggy I'm curious, if creating a backup why shouldn't I do it directly to the USB stick? I always have and have never had any problem
