Dp8000 not connecting

Hello,

One of my dp8000 does not connect with the desks. I’m configuring the IP address subnet and gateway but the dp does not save them. On the main screen shows initialising network but nothing happens. I tried soft reset and hard reset but still the same issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

    Hi,
    Can i ask a few questions.
    -Do both the DP8000 and the Console have the same software version? They have to in order to connect, you can check this in the network settings of the console.
    -How are you connecting the DP to the console? With a network switch? Direct with a cable?
    -When you say one of my DP's does not connect how are the others connected?

    Yes both console and DP have the same software version.
    I've tried connecting the DP direct with cable and with a network switch nothing worked.
    The other two I have, they connect automatically.

    Open up the DP and reseat the Compactflash card several times.
    Had this as well and that helped.
    Also there are two little buttons on the PCB with the network connectors, saying Reset and Reboot when I remember correct. Might help pushing these
