Win 10 LTSB - forgotten drivers

We're having an issue with a system where on Win 10 LTSB the drivers for the wings (H3) have to be reinstalled to function. This happens weekly or more.

Anyone know of compatibility issues with Windows 10 LTSB (2016) or some other reasons why drivers would have to get reinstalled?

Do you have to manually install the driver (ie reinstall the application)? Or do you just notice that it re-installs based upon the notification from Windows? I see this notification when I plug the wing into a different physical port, Windows somehow associates the physical USB port and the driver.
