You can record a macro and add that to a command key. I don't think there is a default since the spread depends on the number of fixtures selected. If you re-record an effect after you adjust the spread, the spread resets to 0 and the offset is just set at the post-spread values. You could also record a macro that would specify all the offset parameters, but would probably be more work for the same end result.
