Touch OSC encoders and faders not working on HOG4PC

I have successfully got my iPad to work using touch OSC along side both my NANO/Dell All-in-one setup. I have full control over encoder wheels and faders. However, once connected to my laptop running HOG PC, i loose control over my wheels and fades. Is this supposed to happen? I saw a previous discussion relating to this problem, but has it ever been fixed?

If its only running HogPC without the Nano connected then you will lose this part of OSC. You have to have a physical desk (inc. Nano/Hoglet) to unlock that, I believe.

Simon LX is correct.
OSC is only available for faders and encoders when some HOG4 hardware (Nano, Hoglet, etc, NOT HOG3 wings) is connected

I'm having the same issue on hoglet4. It worked in the past, but after updating to 3.8.0 I lost function of the encoder wheels. I can control other functions, but the encoder wheels don't work.
