Bug: 3.6.1 - IPCB Faders...

jxgriffijxgriffi Registered User, DL Beta, Hog Beta
This one bit me quite a few times tonight...

Have a fader that is IPCB...

Run it to full and it's fine...
Bring it down but STOP anywhere in the fade... (say at 90%)...
Then try to bring it back up and it dumps to 0.
You have to run it all the way down and then back up. Not good when you have Video looks or temp faders. It should definitely stay where it's at and go back to full without dropping.

Showfile available if needed....

    Hey Jon

Please send the show file if it is not the Ace show file.
If this occurred on Ace show file that I have what master caused this problem?

Hey guys was able to recreate this.
Seems like we are releasing the IPCB value back to the value the IPCB is overriding.
This does not seem to occur if you completely release the IPCB back to the overridden value.

    Correct Michael...

The problem becomes when you're doing something like I was...and you don't want it to go all the way down to completely release...but over riding parameters...once you start to go back up (without releasing all the way), you loose control and have to bring it all the way down and it snaps out.
