move cue with state

How is it possible to move a cue within a list with 'state'?
State does only appear with copy/record.
But i just want to move a cue to another cue number....but not just the hard values.

Workaround is writing a blocking cue and moving afterwards.
Is this done quicker anyhow?

In the manual they say:

"Copying or moving cues affect hard values only; the cue you wish to copy/move may also contain tracked values that create the current onstage state. If you wish to copy this look rather than just changes made by the current cue, use Copy and Move with State"

What am i missing?

Yes, "State" appears with COPY but not Move. You have to copy state before moving. Not sure why the manual reads that way unless it's saying to COPY with state and then move.
