Resolution for Touch Screen

I am shopping around for a touchscreen for my NanoHog. I have worked with the RoadHog4 a lot, and like my button locations and View layouts. I would like to get a screen that matches the RoadHog4 screen.

Does anyone happen to know the screen dimensions of the 22" monitor on the RoadHog4, particularly the screen resolution of it?

I am also open to hear what everyone else has purchased, and how well it is doing.

The RoadHog 4's internal screen resolution is 1680 x 1050 and physical size is 474mm x 296mm.
