I have been trying to use the Robe Spiider fixture in mode 3 (33 ch) with limited succes. While the general (all area parameters) work fine, I am having trouble with the flower effect parameters. In the library, these channels are labeled unused (see picture drive.google.com/file/d/0B0bFanYbhvEjOERCWUhta2h0SkE/view?usp=drivesdk). When I tried inserting the appropriate values according to the dmx chart from Robe, the result was also partly successful.
Since the 24 fixtures are scheduled for a project on monday the 5th of December, CET, my question is: what can be done, to utilise the fixtures properly? Any revised library, advice or workaround will be appreciated...
