Bug: Hog4PC (3.3.0): Command "Touch" copies wrong rate values

I have a programming with some stacked Pile-add-Effects.

The base effects are steps with 0bpm to add some offset to PAN and TILT for all other moving head programmings (this enables me to calibrate the Rig height from stage to stage).

When I have a moving head cue running (static positions) and I issue "Touch" command on that, the current parameter values are taken over to the programmer correctly EXCEPT the current 0 bpm value. This is converted to 0.5 bpm! Which is ofcause wrong.

This results in a wrong "copy" of parameters to the programmer.
