macro's referring to groups

hi all,

I think it would be awesome to have macro's that can refer to groups. for example: you record an empty cue and fill in a macro like: "*macro refer to group 102* at 100"
this is useful if you do much busking so you just need to add the new (extra) fixtures in your groups and your cue's are ready for use.

    Hi,

Do you want to say, a Macro with a variable? For exemple the hog ask the question during the macro, for which palette?

We can't do that, but can be great.

If it's for comment Macro, you can do what do you want. You make a comment macro (go scene with your groupe @ 100) and it's ready. Or (go MACRO x), and in this Macro you put what do you want.

    Thank you enjoy your day

No i mean: you record an cue and for the fixtures, that need to be in that cue, you refer to a group, this way you can add fixtures in groups and all you're cue bumps are done and working.

So this doesn't need macros, what would work is for groups to reference like palettes. I think that's already been requested and is being looked at, hopefully someone more knowledgeable can confirm.
