OSC Encoder control with hog nano

That is not currently implemented. It most likely will not be implemented any time soon.

I appreciate it not being in hogpc but its a shame when you buy hardware that it isn't available.

There is a long time request open that if you have wings or a nano, that the corresponding options for OSC should be then available
