Hi all,
I'm having a serious issue with a Nano Hog 4 and Hog4 PC. Basically, it seems the key mapping for the control section is shifted up and to the left. For example, when I press backspace, the command line shows 'List.' When I press 1, the command line shows GoTo. 'Clear' comes up with group. This photo shows the diagnostic after I've pressed every button on the command section of the facepanel:
If I use the virtual facepanel, the commands are correct. The other thing is that the faders, encoders, and master sections all work correctly.

I've been in contact with HES, they recommended updating to the newest version and reloading the firmware, which I did. I've also updated Windows (8.1) with the latest updates and rebooted several times. My only other recourse at this point is to try reinstalling Windows, which I can't do right now. I'm hoping someone will have a suggestion, and if I find a solution I'll post it here. Thanks in advance.
