You are most likely correct with it being a faulty internal super widget. In most cases the PCB can be repaired unless there is physical damage to the PCB.

You can send the PCB in for possible repair. See link below:

Do you know about how much that card is?

Also we have a Hog3 Playback Wing with a "Super Widget Expansion" inside of it. Are those cards interchangeable for a temporary solution? Card Number - ASM0030060 Rev1.3.

Our worry is that the molex that is in the playback wing has 2 lines coming into the card, where the roadhog has 4?

The PCB is the same. The mounting assembly is different.
