Group Masters not retaining level

FB4, v3.0.1

If I have a group master on an extra playback bar, the level jumps to full as soon as I move any other item to any playback bar on that page.

It can be solved by making them part of the template page, but still I guess it shouldn't be happening.

I Have a similar issue running v3.1.0 also on a FB4 where I tried to have a group master on on page 2 and when switching back to page 1 the group master would appear to have no effect but when i change back to page 2 it would go back to the level i had set.
