hog3pc 3.1.9 and single widgets

How do you configure single widgets in 3.1.9 there is no widget tab in the control panel!

I also run hog2pc hence using 3.1.9

Setup > Network
Select the #1 under DMX Processor
Press Settings
Widget Outputs Tab

im not have serial key for my single widget dmx, are you have for solution my problem???
