Hello, I'm very new to all this so please be kind!
I'm using some Chauvet Intimidator Spot LED 360 moving heads connected to Hog 4 pc on windows 8.1 with the Hog super widget using a 3-pin to 5-pin dmx cable adapter. I have my lights patched in, and I can pan and tilt them, as well as change gobos and colors, however I can't seem to actually strike the bulb. Changing the "Intensity" value does nothing, and although I have seen a "Strike Bulb" option in some Hog 4 pc tutorials, the option does not appear in the program for me. The LED is working fine, as whenever I disconnect from the Widget and manually put the light in one of the preset modes it lights right up and begins to work.
Again, I'm very new to this so I may very well be missing something simple and obvious, but I would really appreciate any insight!
