I want to reuse existing outdoor LED fixtures that have ch1 0-127 RGB three colour same step dimming, 128-223 strobe speed from slow to fast, 224-250 color change gradual slow to fast, 251-255 RGB three color dimmer all bright, ch2 Red, ch3 Green, ch4 Blue. Is there an existing fixture in a library that I can use please ?

You could build a fixture within the fixture builder to match your specific fixture. Setup > patch > Fixture Builder. that's if you can get your head around it.
